As a Full-Spectrum Doula, I offer prenatal education support, birth support, 4th trimester/postpartum support and general emotional, physical and spiritual support.
I also offer ancestral medicine for spiritual healing and balance.
Ancestral Medicine
I can support you in your spiritual journey for healing, as I am a practitioner of my ancestral medicine ways.
I offer spiritual cleansings, blessings, and platicas.
These offerings are based on teachings that have been passed down to me from my elders in both the Danza Mexica and the Maya Nation traditions.
Environmental Justice
I offer teachings of environmental justice and the connection to reproductive justice. This includes the connection to land, healing contamination and connecting with herbal medicines.
